This work, developed in collaboration with veteran biology educator Ellyn Daugherty, is an extension of the widely used and archived textbook series Biotechnology: Science for the New Millennium.
The complete, age-independent curriculum is designed to teach students the foundational concepts and hands-on laboratory procedures essential for pursuing bioscience majors and careers in the rapidly expanding biotechnology industry. Previous editions of the textbook series (2006 and 2012) have been adopted by over 1,200 high schools and more than 300 colleges nationwide.
