JBEI is committed to mentoring the next generation of scientists and throughout the years it has mentored numerous researchers.
While at JBEI they were integral to JBEI’s research and were given the opportunity to receive on-going education and learn about the industry’s challenges and opportunities.
The result has been the creation of a strong, diverse STEM workforce working in the fields of academia, government and industry located all over the world.
