JBEI Data

Researchers at JBEI are developing scientific breakthroughs economically-viable, carbon-neutral, biofuels and renewable chemicals currently derived from petroleum, and many other bioproducts that cannot be efficiently produced from petroleum.

This interdisciplinary team of scientists is using the latest tools and techniques in synthetic biology, biochemistry, and chemical engineering to develop new biological systems, processes, and technologies to convert biomass to biofuels and bioproducts. Access JBEI experimental results on these pages.
